Caseworker Form:
When referring a youth in care for membership with Georgie's Closet and to begin shopping, please have the family set up their initial shopping visit on our site. If requesting certain items or bags, please arrange a time to also be able to pick up items.
Foster Parent / Care Giver Form:
In order to obtain membership for your youth in care, please wait to schedule a shopping visit until child is placed in your home. Memberships are restricted to only youths in care. Once you're ready, simply schedule your first shopping visit on our site.
